The Holsworthy show was held in the Memorial Hall for the first time. As the hall is very close to the town centre with good parking there were many public visitors. Due to limited room only a few club members were able to display their boats.
Although only a small show at the Appledore Lifeboat Station, once again it was very popular with the public.Due to the small venue, only three club members were invited to show their boats along with about five other clubs.
As usual there was a very good turnout of club members at the Tavistock Steam Fair. For the first time for a few years the weather was excelent with blue sky and sunshine which meant the public flooded in instead of the rain.
